Rick Sanseverino
Director of Operations
Rick Sanseverino holds a culinary degree from the Restaurant School in Philadelphia and honed his skills as a cook/sous chef for a decade. His passion for brewing beer propelled him to the role of head brewer at Valley Forge Brewing Company, where he crafted numerous award-winning beers over seven fulfilling years.
Transitioning into management, Rick embarked on a journey with Panera Bread, where he served as a General Manager for eight years, overseeing multiple training locations. His expertise then led him to Qdoba in 2011, where he developed a deep affinity for Queso while serving as a General Manager for two years before ascending to the role of District Manager, pioneering the launch of the Central PA market.
Joining TIG in April 2022, Rick quickly made his mark and was recently promoted to the position of Director of Operations, a testament to his dedication and leadership prowess.
