Dave Horn is a seasoned restaurant operations executive with a career spanning over three decades, during which he has worked with iconic brands such as Krispy Kreme, Steak N Shake, Noodles & Company, and TGI Fridays. Throughout his tenure, Dave has honed his skills in strategic planning, P&L management, operational excellence, and organizational design.
With a proven track record, Dave has consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to craft winning strategies, build engaged teams, and deliver results that fuel growth. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Integrated Operations and Partnership Services for Krispy Kreme, where he oversaw Strategic Operations, Operation Services, Franchise and Partnership Service, Facilities Services, Delivered Fresh Daily Services, and Construction.
Residing in Washington Township, New Jersey, with his family, Dave is eager to contribute his expertise to the New Jersey Hospitality Alliance and the broader hospitality industry.
