His rich tapestry of professional expertise extends across diverse sectors including hotels, retailing, banking, and manufacturing, reflecting a breadth of experience unmatched in the field.

Beyond his foundational training, Dwain’s academic journey has been equally formidable. Armed with a law degree from the esteemed University of Technology, Jamaica, he has seamlessly transitioned between the courtroom, representing clients on a myriad of tax matters, and the lecture hall, where he imparts legal wisdom as a faculty member at the University of Technology, Jamaica.

Dwain’s commitment to public service is exemplified by his appointment as Justice of the Peace (JP) in 2019, a role through which he upholds the principles of justice and fairness within the community. His impact transcends the courtroom, as evidenced by his pivotal contribution to the development of contact centers in Jamaica, recognized by both the Jamaican government and the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce in 2000.

A relentless pursuit of knowledge underscores Dwain’s academic pursuits, culminating in a master’s degree in accounting from Purdue University and a post-graduate degree in Advanced Accounting Reporting and Economics from Heriot Watt University, Scotland.
