Michael Walker boasts 17 years of comprehensive experience in the Fast Casual industry, preceded by a background in full-service establishments. His journey commenced with Qdoba, where he joined as an Assistant Manager during the brand’s expansion into the East Coast and New York City Market. Demonstrating exceptional aptitude, he swiftly ascended the ranks to General Manager within two years, eventually assuming the pivotal role of Regional Training Manager for the East Coast for three years.
Transitioning seamlessly back into operations, Michael served as a District Manager, leveraging his extensive expertise to drive success at various levels of the organization. Joining TIG in April 2022, Michael’s impact was immediate, culminating in his recent promotion to the esteemed position of Director of Training, a testament to his dedication and leadership acumen.
